Shipping policy
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping fees vary depending on product weight, size, and distance to be shipped. Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All orders are typically processed and shipped 1-2 business days after order is placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times and will be processed on the next business day. Please account for non-business days when purchasing.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order. We are not responsible for packages lost after they depart from our warehouse. If your package is missing or never arrived, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777. They also have an online service for filing a claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm?.
CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you entered the wrong address please contact us as soon as possible at foreverdesignsco23@gmail.com so that we may assist in correcting the address. In an effort to provide the fastest service and delivery to all customers, we act upon orders shortly after we receive them. If you made a mistake please swiftly contact foreverdesignsco23@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it if it is not already processed, in which case we unfortunately cannot make a change. Once an order is processed, the order cannot be cancelled. If there are changes in price, an item goes on sale or there’s a promotional code, we are unable to modify the order if it is placed prior to price changes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
